When our systems detect a valid GPC or UOOM signal from your browser or device, we acknowledge a GPC signal has been detected. While some cookies are necessary to make our website and services function properly, consent for all non-essential cookies has been automatically declined. Consequences of Not Providing Information or Opting Out. You can choose not to provide certain information to us, but it may delay or prevent us from providing our Services to you, including your ability to fully access our Site, participate in our Services, receive our newsletters, or similar features.

 

Categories of Personal Information Disclosed or Sold

Our Sale and Sharing Practices. We do not sell Personal Information to any third parties. We do not knowingly collect or sell Personal Information of consumers under the age of thirteen (13). In the preceding twelve (12) months, we did not sell any categories of Personal Information.

Payment Processors

Payment processing via our Services is provided directly by us or by one or more third party payment processors as we may designate from time to time (“Payment Processor”). Your payment transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Retention Periods and Criteria. We retain Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary for our business operations and to fulfill the purpose of collection or further processing as described in this Privacy Policy; as we determine is necessary for business records; and to comply with applicable law. In deciding how long to retain Personal Information, we consider many criteria, including the business purposes for which the Personal Information was collected, relevant federal, state, and local recordkeeping and personal data privacy laws, applicable statutes of limitations for lawsuits, claims or disputes to which the Personal Information may be relevant, and legal preservation of evidence obligations. Children / Minors

Target Audience. The Site and Services are not directed to minors under the age of eighteen (18) years. Applicable Laws. We comply with all applicable federal and state telemarketing and consumer protection laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state regulations.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or by contacting us directly. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you transactional or administrative messages.

 

Your Rights

How to Exercise Your Rights; Verification Process. We will verify your identity before processing your request by matching information you provide against information we maintain. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

 

Users from California

As we do not sell your Personal Information, there is no need to submit a request to opt-out. We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for them to use for their direct marketing purposes unless you agree to us making that disclosure.

 

“Do not track”: Section 22575 of the California Business & Professions Code requires website and online service operators to disclose whether they honor web browser “Do Not Track” settings. Some browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that, when turned on, signals to websites and online services that you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for how to respond to browser DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. Please note that while changes or deletions to an Account or Personal Information may be reflected promptly in the active user database, our servers or our associated third parties may retain previously provided information, and may be required to keep certain information or not delete it, or keep information for a certain period of time.

 

Limitations on Changes and Deletions. Any changes to, or deletion of, Account information does not affect any other information collected by us, or which we may retain and continue to use or disclose in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
